Products marked as In Stock ship directly from our USA Warehouse.

  • Order processing: 24–72 hours
  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days
  • Shipping origin: USA Warehouse
  • Delivery time does not include processing time
  • Tracking number is sent by email once the order ships

This applies only to items clearly marked as In Stock / USA Warehouse on the product page.

ā³ Pre-Order Orders (Batch Shipping)

High-demand items may be offered as Pre-Order and shipped in scheduled batches. Orders are shipped on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis once each batch arrives.

  • Order processing: 24–72 hours
  • Orders ship once the listed shipping date is reached
  • Tracking is sent after the order leaves the warehouse

Estimated Delivery Times (after the batch ships)

  • USA: 7–16 business days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 7–18 business days
  • Other destinations: up to 21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

In rare cases, international Pre-Order shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, depending on your country and local regulations.

  • These fees are not charged by us
  • They are determined by local customs authorities
  • Responsibility for any such fees lies with the customer

In over 95% of cases, shipments clear customs without additional charges. However, we recommend checking your local import rules if you are unsure.
