📦 Shipping Policy

We ship orders in two ways, depending on product availability and warehouse location. All details below are provided for full transparency before purchase.

🇺🇸 In-Stock Orders (USA Warehouse)

Products marked as In Stock ship directly from our USA Warehouse.

  • Order processing: 24–72 hours
  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days
  • Shipping origin: USA Warehouse
  • Delivery time does not include processing time
  • Tracking number is sent by email once the order ships

This applies only to items clearly marked as In Stock / USA Warehouse on the product page.

⏳ Pre-Order Orders (Batch Shipping)

High-demand items may be offered as Pre-Order and shipped in scheduled batches. Orders are shipped on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis once each batch arrives.

  • Order confirmation: is sent immediately after purchase; this is not the dispatch date
  • Orders are expected to ship on the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page; this date may change if the batch is delayed
  • Tracking is sent after the order leaves the warehouse

Estimated Delivery Times (after the batch ships)

  • USA: 7–16 business days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 7–18 business days
  • Other destinations: up to 21 business days

Product-specific pre-order estimates shown on the product page take precedence. For the KNUCKLE pre-order, estimated delivery after dispatch is USA 5–14, Canada 6–15, UK 6–16, and Australia 8–18 business days; New Zealand is up to 18 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Important)

In rare cases, international Pre-Order shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, depending on your country and local regulations.

  • These fees are not charged by us
  • They are determined by local customs authorities
  • Responsibility for any such fees lies with the customer

In over 95% of cases, shipments clear customs without additional charges. However, we recommend checking your local import rules if you are unsure.

📬 Tracking & Order Updates

  • Every order includes a tracking number
  • Order confirmation is sent immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once the order ships
  • Shipping status may also be displayed on the product page

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Some product bundles include free standard shipping when the offer states it; the KNUCKLE $178 bundle includes free standard shipping. Optional Priority Shipping with Full Protection is an extra paid upgrade.
