This is the sharpest knife I have bought or made. I make filler knives, but, they just could not take the skin off pork belly if it wasn’t partially frozen. The caveman knife had Zip zap zero problem cutting through the wet/slimy skin. It went through the skin to the fat in large pieces and made my task of getting the belly ready to cure to make bacon. What a blessing the knife was to get 4 big pieces of pork belly cut ready for curing.
