Long enough to carve a rested steak in one pass. Short enough to live in a pack, a cook kit or a glovebox. Every knife we made before this one stayed on a counter.
4mm Forged. Full Tang. No Shortcuts.
Most knives this size are pressed out of thin sheet and glued into a plastic handle. This one is forged from 4mm hardened stainless, hammered by hand, with the steel running the full length of a solid rosewood grip.
You Know In The First Second.
Pick it up and the weight sits back in your palm, not out at the tip. The ring catches your little finger before you think about it. An hour into a cook your wrist still hasn't complained.
One Blade For The Whole Cook.
Trim. Portion. Move it around the heat. Carve and serve. Indoors that's three knives. Outdoors it's whatever you carried out — and this one covers all four.
It Arrives Ready To Hand Over.
Kraft box, black print, the knife in a foam tray with its sheath. Roughly a third of every run we ship goes out as a gift to someone else. It's packed for that — nothing to rewrap, nothing to explain.

As a former chef, I've handled a lot of blades, and this one feels right at home in the hand. The finger hole in the blade gives you a ton of control. Out of the box, this thing showed up ready to work. Sharp. Immediately. Whether that's in the kitchen or out in the field, it performs like it knows it's being judged.
It is INCREDIBLY sharp right out of the box unlike other knife manufacturers. And the hole for your finger is placed perfectly. It works great for cutting but also has just enough weight to make it a good chopper. I'm very impressed and would recommend this in a heartbeat to any outdoorsman or collector.
