Our best seller, cut down to carry every day. Because you kept asking.
Same ring grip. Same hammered steel. Now a 3.4″ blade that rides on your belt instead of sitting in a drawer.
Won't slip, even greasy
Finger through the ring and it won't slip, even with greasy hands.
Brisket fat, rib juice, a wet campsite. The ring keeps it locked in your hand from the first cut to the last.
Smaller and stronger, because thousands of you asked for it.
3.4″ blade, 6.7″ overall, 3.5 mm thick. Small enough for the belt every day, solid enough for real work at the grill and in the field.
the brisket
the belt
Hunting, fishing, the grill, the campsite. One knife.
Trim the brisket, slice the steak, clean the catch, handle camp chores. The Kydex sheath clicks shut and the clip spins 360°, so it rides with you walking, sitting or driving.
Swedish Sandvik steel
Swedish steel that stays sharp and shrugs off rust.
Sandvik 14C28N stainless, hammer-forged, full tang. Holds an edge cook after cook and doesn't care about grease or humidity.
