Return Policy

Our customers’ satisfaction is essential to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, The Caveman Style will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition Requirements:

    • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached.
    • No signs of wear or washing.
    • It should be returned in its original box, undamaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

  • Return Process:

    2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled anytime before shipment. To cancel, simply email info@thecavemanstyle.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll process your cancellation and issue a full refund. However, if the order has shipped, please refer to the returns section above, as we cannot recall or cancel shipments already in transit.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at info@thecavemanstyle.com with details of the issue. Exchanges are limited to the same item originally ordered.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@thecavemanstyle.com. Include photos or a video showing the damage. We’ll review the information and assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account based on your financial institution’s processing times.
