  • Name Submission Responsibility: It's crucial to provide the correct name for personalization. We allow up to 24 hours after placing an order to request changes. If we don’t hear from you within this time frame, we’ll proceed with the information provided. No returns will be accepted if there’s an error in the name due to customer input.
