Quick & Easy Steak Sandwich



Game season is here and it's time for level up your game day snacks! Here at the Cavemanstyle, you can count on us for game day recipes and game day food ideas.

This week, here's a sandwich you can make for a hearty meal to fit any game day celebration after! Let's try this Steak Sandwich by Ben of firehousegrub.

Ingredients

  • 4lbs of your choice of steak
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 2 tbs seasoning
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Pepper jack cheese
  • peppers
  • onions

How to cook Steak Sandwich

1. Combine 2 tbs of minced garlic, 2 tbs of seasoning , 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire, and 2 tbs olive oil in a mixing bow. Stir to combine.
2. Pour marinade over 4 lbs of chopped steak of choice and let marinade for atleast 30 minutes.
3. Grill steak on flat top or skillet until brown.
4. Melt pepper jack cheese over the top and chop in once it’s melted.
5. Top steak with sautéed peppers and onion.
6. Place bun over the top and let sit for a minute or two.
7. Remove sandwich from grill and wrap in foil. Let it sit and steam in the foil for about minutes
8. Slice and enjoy!
